I have been practicing traditional Family law for more than fourteen years, but I prefer to Mediate more cases because it saves money and it saves emotions.  The children are the center of the deliberations and negotiations, and the parties can often walk away as friends.

  • Something new and very exciting is the coming of Collaborative Family Law to Orange County.  In this module, we work in teams.  Each party has an attorney, a coach to help with the emotional issues and parenting issues, and we all share specialists such as a financial advisor or a specialist in child related issues.  The results are wonderful and it is much less expensive than litigation.
